Enjoy unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our brand new waterfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, beach suite. Step out onto the Esplanade and indulge yourself in long walks on Willows Beach, Oak Bay's only white sand beach and the finest beach in all of Greater Victoria.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.
Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.
Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.
Parking and high speed internet access included. Maximum four occupants. No smoking and no pets.
***Jan-May and Oct-Dec, minimum 2 night stay
***Jun-Aug, minimum 3 night stay

Summary: This is the ideal Victoria Stay with everything within easy reach. The neighbourhood is walkable with cafes and restaurants nearby, and beech access right out your door. Cindy and Colin have very accurately represented the space, so there won't be any surprises. We will certainly rebook whenever we're back in Victoria visiting our family. Exceptionally clean, and very well-appointed. If I could give it six stars, I would!

Summary: We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed walking on the beach which is right across the street. The unit is very clean and comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. We would stay here again the next time we come to Victoria.The only negative was that we arrived after dark and there was no light over the stairs down to the front door and the door. If it weren't for the flashlight on our iphones, we wouldn't have been able to enter the combination for the lock.

Summary: Our rental was amazing, had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. So nice to walk along the beach, very quiet street, very little traffic. We had an amazing visit with our family. This property was spotless and Oak Bay is a very friendly area. I would love to come back in the summer.

Summary: The suite was clean and modern. A bit stark, but once we figured out the baseboard heat and fireplace, it was more cozy. The views are fantastic. The king bed in the main bedroom is long past its best-before date - sags uncomfortably and the pillows need replacing. We enjoyed exploring Oak Bay from this location!

Summary: This was an awesome stay for us. Amazing location and views. Very nice owners and good communication. The space has everything you need and is very well appointed. It’s a bit small, but that’s to be expected for a downstairs suite. There is a good deal of noise from above, so if you have issues with hearing lots of footsteps and commotion upstairs, I would recommend not staying in a downstairs suite, but for us it didn’t detract too much from the stay.
